Meditation is an ancient practice. From a well-being perspective, it is an excellent method for relieving stress and anxiety. It is a conscious method of stilling the mind allowing you to be sat, relaxed and at peace. The health benefits are huge.

Meditation sessions will run every Monday from 6pm and every Friday from 7.30am.
