Sue Milner has a passion for spiritual practice, social activism and the natural world. She is a qualified and accredited practitioner of Processwork: a psychotherapy based on the work of Dr Arnold Mindell, that brings direct realisation of the living dream within ourselves, each other and the natural world. She works with groups for transformation, as well as with individuals and couples. She has a particular interest in mental health, diversity and power dynamics and finding ways to shift long held collective patterns and trauma.
Sue has studied with many spiritual teachers from around the world including those who teach the sacred Medicine Wheel. She is an authorised teacher of the Dance of the Directions: a sacred Dance practice as taught by the Venerable Dhyani Ywahoo, the 27th lineage keeper of the Ywahoo lineage of the Tsalagi Nation. This prayer dance opens the channels of awareness between earth, body and sky.
